Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it has today received the following notification.
Credit Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited on behalf of Credit Suisse Group AG and its affiliates (Credit Suisse) has notified the company that it has a relevant interest in 59,819,002 Base Resources ordinary shares representing 5.13% of total Base Resources ordinary shares on issue, constituting a significant shareholding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for companies.
Credit Suisse’s interest in Base Resources ordinary shares relates to the following interests held by its related bodies corporate:

Consideration given to acquire the relevant interest above in the period between 21 June 2018 and 16 October 2018 was a weighted average of A$0.28 per share for 19,354,787 shares (excluding 27,730,000 shares borrowed under the Prime Brokerage Securities Lending Agreement). Consideration received for sales in the period between 26 June 2018 and 8 October 2018 was a weighted average of A$0.27 per share for 954,345 shares (excluding 8,439,693 shares returned under the Prime Brokerage Securities Lending Agreement).
