Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it has today received the following notification.
UBS Group AG has notified the company that it and its related bodies corporate have a relevant interest in 77,668,795 Base Resources ordinary shares representing 6.89% of total Base Resources ordinary shares on issue.
UBS Group AG’s interest in Base Resources ordinary shares relates to the following interests held by its related bodies corporate:

Cash consideration paid for the relevant interest above acquired in the four months prior to 10 July 2018 consisted of a weighted average of A$0.288 per share for 10,715,780 shares (net of disposals, and excluding the shares received under the Prime Broking Agreement).
