Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it has today received notification from Credit Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited on behalf of Credit Suisse Group AG and its affiliates (Credit Suisse) that it has a relevant interest in 63,734,941 Base Resources ordinary shares representing 5.44% of total Base Resources ordinary shares on issue, constituting a significant shareholding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for companies.
Credit Suisse’s interest in Base Resources ordinary shares is held as follows:

Consideration given to acquire the relevant interest above in the period between 12 August 2019 and 28 November 2019 was a weighted average of A$0.243 per share for 45,481,068 shares (excluding 50,485,069 shares borrowed under the Master Prime Brokerage Agreement). Consideration received for sales in the period between 16 August 2019 and 26 November 2019 was a weighted average of A$0.244 per share for 38,100,976 shares (excluding 45,072,869 shares returned under the Master Prime Brokerage Agreement).
