Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it has today received the following notification.
UBS Group AG has notified the company that it and its related bodies corporate (UBS Group) have a relevant interest in 61,381,904 Base Resources ordinary shares representing 5.26% of total Base Resources ordinary shares on issue, constituting a significant shareholding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for companies.
UBS Group’s interest in Base Resources ordinary shares relates to the following interests held by its related bodies corporate:

Consideration given to acquire the relevant interest above in the four months prior to 15 October 2018 was a weighted average of A$0.246 per share for 31,167,715 shares (excluding 31,223,434 shares received under the Prime Broking Agreement). Consideration received for sales in the four months prior to 15 October 2018 was a weighted average of A$0.280 per share for 27,635,584 shares (excluding 17,281,918 shares returned under the Prime Broking Agreement).
