Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it has today received the following notification.
UBS Group AG has notified the company that it and its related bodies corporate have a relevant interest in 60,523,212 Base Resources ordinary shares representing 5.37% of total Base Resources ordinary shares on issue, constituting a significant shareholding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for companies.
UBS Group AG’s interest in Base Resources ordinary shares relates to the following interests held by its related bodies corporate:

Consideration given to acquire the relevant interest above in the four months prior to 25 September 2018 was a weighted average of A$0.24 per share for 12,722,025 shares (excluding 31,223,434 shares received under the Prime Broking Agreement). Consideration received for sales in the four months prior to 25 September 2018 was a weighted average of A$0.28 per share for 12,570,294 shares (excluding 17,281,918 shares returned under the Prime Broking Agreement).
