Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 23 November 2018, the meetings of Security Holders of each relevant class of ETFS Short and Leveraged Commodity Securities convened for 12 December 2018 were adjourned through lack of a quorum and, as specified in the notices of each meeting, will be held on 20 December 2018 at the same place.
