Notice of sale of 2036 Retained Bonds

Southern Housing 2.375% Secured Bonds due 2036ISIN: XS2393242826, Common Code: 239324282(the "2036 Bonds")

On 8 October 2021 the Issuer issued £300,000,000 in principal amount of the 2036 Bonds on the basis of an offering circular dated 6 October 2021 (the "Offering Circular"), immediately repurchasing £50,000,000 for sale at a future date (the "2036 Retained Bonds").

As announced on 13 July 2023 the Issuer has previously sold £30,000,000 2036 Retained Bonds leaving £20,000,000 available for sale.

The issuer has today sold the remaining £20,000,000 of 2036 Retained Bonds.

Following today's sale, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of 2036 Bonds in issue is £300,000,000.
