Notice of FY 2012 IFRS results and management conference-call

JSC RusHydro announces that it will publish its 2012 audited consolidated results under International financial reporting standards (IFRS) on Monday, April 1, 2013.

The Company will host a conference call on the results at 14.00 (Moscow time) on April 1, 2013. The call will be held in Russian by George Rizhinashvili, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of RusHydro. There will be a simultaneous translation of the Russian conference-call in English on the second line.
