Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Master Definitions Schedule in relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 16 May 2022.

Leverage Shares plc hereby provides notice that the Relevant Securities resumed trading on Borsa Italiana on 21 December 2022. The Relevant Securities will resume trading on Euronext Amsterdam and the London Stock Exchange on 22 December 2022.
