NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS
Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), an internally managed real estate investment trust ("REIT") investing in modern, premium, student accommodation, will announce its interim results for the period 11 February 2014 to 31 December 2014 on Wednesday, 25 February 2015.
