NOTICE OF RESULTS

Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate services company, will release its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2016 on Tuesday 24 May 2016.

Results presentation

David Radcliffe, Chief Executive, and Michele Maher, Chief Financial Officer, will host a presentation to analysts and institutional investors on 24 May 2016 at Tulchan Communications, 85 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1AE, starting at 0900h BST. Refreshments will be available from 0845h. Conference call and webcast facilities will also be available for those unable to attend in person.
