NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS

Supermarket Income REIT (LSE: SUPR), the UK supermarket real estate investor, will announce its full year results for the period from incorporation on 1 June 2017 to 30 June 2018 on Tuesday 4 September 2018.

A Company presentation for analysts and investors will be held at 9.30am on the day of the results at
