Notification of Half Year Results

Waterman Group plc (WTM.L), the engineering and environmental consultant, will announce its interim results for the six months to 31 December 2014 on 27 February 2015.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 9.30am on the morning of the results announcement at the offices of Broker Profile, Augustine House, 6A Austin Friars, London, EC2N 2HA.
