Notice of Results

Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc (LSE: SSIT), the world's first SpaceTech investment company, will announce its audited results for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 on Monday 17 October 2022.

The Company will be hosting a virtual presentation for analysts at 9.30am on the day of results. To register for the event, please contact SEC Newgate by email at [email protected].

The Company will also be hosting an online presentation for retail investors at 11am on the same day. Please email [email protected] to register for the event.

Both presentations will be hosted by Will Whitehorn, Chair of SSIT, and representatives from the investment manager, CEO Mark Boggett and CIO James Bruegger.
