Notice of 2010 Annual Results

Petropavlovsk PLC ("Petropavlovsk", the "Company", or together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to confirm that it will be announcing its Annual Results on Thursday, 31 March 2011.
There will be a webcast presentation and a conference call running simultaneously at 10:00 GMT on Thursday, 31 March 2011.
The webcast of the presentation will be available on the Company's website, www.petropavlovsk.net.
A question and answer session will follow the presentation. Please note that questions will be broadcast in the webcast, however to ask a question, viewers must be dialled into the conference call.
