UTV MEDIA PLC NOTICE OF RESULTS

UTV Media plc will announce its full year results to 31 December 2007 on 13 March 2008.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of UTV Media plc to approve the acquisition of Capital Radio Productions plc and Babstova plc (together FM104) is scheduled to take place on 7 April 2008.
