Notice of Results, posting of Prospectus and General Meeting

InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of beauty, personal care and life sciences products, will announce its half year results for the six months ending 31 December 2020 on Wednesday 31 March 2021.

The Company expects to post its Prospectus (which will also comprise an open offer circular) shortly thereafter and hold a General Meeting, with Second Admission (post shareholder approval) occurring in mid April.

The Company will deliver an online presentation on the same day as its results. It is open to all existing and potential investors via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday, 31 March at 9.30am UK time.

Investors who have already registered and added to meet the Company will be automatically invited.

The presentation is in line with InnovaDerma's commitment to ensuring appropriate communication structures are in place for all sections of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood.

Questions can be submitted pre-event through the platform or at any time during the live presentation. Management may not be in a position to answer every question it receives but will address those it can while remaining within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.

Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management post-event to ensure the Company can understand the views of all elements of its shareholder base.
