FULL YEAR 2013 RESULTS

Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT), the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry-bulk vessels, will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2013 on Monday, 3 February 2014.

The Company's management team will host a conference call on the same day, Monday, 3 February 2014, at 2:30pm (London), and 9:30am (New York) to discuss the financial results.
