NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Regus plc, the global workplace provider, will announce its Preliminary Results for the full year ended 31 December 2014 on Tuesday 3 March 2015.

Mark Dixon, Chief Executive Officer, and Dominique Yates, Chief Financial Officer, will host a presentation on the day for analysts and investors at 10.30am.

The presentation will take place at CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, EC2Y 9HT.
