Notice of Results

APQ Global is a company incorporated in Guernsey (company registration number 62008) which is listed on The International Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on AIM.

On 22 June 2020, the Company announced that AIM Regulation had granted an extension to the publication of its audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("2019 Results"), until 30 September 2020. Notwithstanding this extension, the Company stated that it expected to report the 2019 Results by 31 July 2020.

The Company's auditor, BDO, has since advised that, due to personnel restrictions, it requires further time to complete its audit of the 2019 Results. The Company now expects to publish its 2019 Results by 31 August 2020.

The Company continues to expect to report its interim accounts for the first half of 2020 around the same time.
