Notice of results

Costain announces a revised date for the publication of its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2020, following a recent request from its auditors, PwC, as a result of the impact from COVID-19 remote working. In order to provide PwC sufficient time to complete the audit process, the Company's final results will now be published on 16 March 2021, one week later than the original planned date of 9 March 2021.

We will hold a virtual meeting for investors and analysts on 16 March 2021 at 9:00am.
