Notification of Publication of Interim Results

On 19 August 2010 DataCash announced a recommended cash offer by MasterCard Incorporated for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of DataCash.

DataCash were due to publish their interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2010 on 2 September. However, given the additional accounting work that may be required for the DataCash interim results to comply with the relevant regulations now the Company is in an offer period, DataCash are delaying the publication of these results and will publish them on 9 September 2010.
