Thomas Cook Group PLC18 December 2007 18 December 2007 Thomas Cook Group plc Notice of Final Results Thomas Cook Group plc announces that the Group's major shareholder, Arcandor AG,is today issuing provisional figures for its fiscal year 2007, containingfinancial information relating to the Group. This information is not directlycomparable with the information in the Group's announcement of unauditedprovisional pro forma results on 11 December. In particular, Arcandor'ssegmental financial information reflects the impact of that company's changes inownership of Thomas Cook AG during the year. The information also includesadjustments to eliminate accounting policy differences between the twogroups. The Group will announce its audited final results for the year ended 31 October2007 on 30 January 2008.
