We draw your attention to our letter dated 22nd April, 2010 informing you of the date of the Board meeting to be held for the captioned purpose on Friday, the 14th May, 2010.
We wish to inform you that the said Board meeting will now be held on Saturday, the 15th, May, 2010.
We also draw your attention to our letter dated May 7, 2010 notifying Wednesday, May 19, 2010 as record date for interim dividend proposed to be declared at the meeting scheduled on May 14, 2010.
