Notification of Interim Results

Ladbrokes PLC will announce its Interim Results for the 6 months to 30 June on Thursday 02 August 2012.

An analyst presentation will take place at 9.30am at the Deutsche Bank Auditorium, Winchester House, London Wall, EC2N 2DB.

The presentation shall be webcast live (including facility to ask questions remotely) and will be accessible via the corporate website: http://www.ladbrokesplc.com/investor-centre.aspx
