SUB: UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF AXIS BANK LIMITED FOR THE QUARTER / NINE MONTHS ENDING AS ON 31ST DECEMBER 2017.

REF: REGULATIONS 29 (1), 46 (2) and 47 (1) OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ('LISTING REGULATIONS')

This is to inform you that the 182nd meeting of the Board of Directors ('the Board') of Axis Bank Limited ('the Bank') will be held on Monday, 22nd January 2018 and will continue on Tuesday, 23rd January 2018 at the Corporate Office of the Bank at Axis House, C - 2, Wadia International Centre, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400 025, to inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter / Nine months ending as on 31st December 2017, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.

Please note that the said Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank will be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges after conclusion of the Board meeting on Monday, 22nd January 2018 and hosted on the website of the Bank on the said date and thereafter published in the newspapers, in accordance with the Listing Regulations.

Please note that the notice of the said meeting for the above purpose is being hosted on the website of the Bank and will be published in the newspapers, in terms of Regulations 46 (2) and 47 (1) of the Listing Regulations.

Further, please note that the restricted trading window (blackout period) for trading in shares / securities of the Bank will commence from Friday, 22nd December 2017 and will continue up to Wednesday, 24th January 2018 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Share Dealing Code - June 2017, formulated and adopted by the Bank, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

You are requested to take note of above and arrange to bring the same to the notice of all concerned.
