NOTIFICATION OF ANNOUNCEMENT DATE FOR 2009 YEAR END RESULTS

(LONDON, 30 April 2010) - PIK Group (LSE: PIK), one of Russia's leading residential real estate developers, announces that its financial results for the full year ended 31 December 2009 will be issued on Friday 7 May 2010.

A conference call for investors and institutional investors will be held on Tuesday 11 May. Details will be provided in due course.
