Notification of Full Year Results

Waterman Group plc (WTM.L), the engineering and environmental consultant, will announce its full year results on 6 October 2014 for the year ended 30 June 2014.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 9.30am on the morning of the results announcement at the offices of Broker Profile, Augustine House, 6A Austin Friars, London, EC2N 2HA.
