Quadnetics Group PLC08 December 2005 Quadnetics Group plc 8 December 2005 Quadnetics Group plc ("Quadnetics") announces that it expects to release resultsfor the six months to 30 November 2005 on 20 February 2006. This will beapproximately three weeks later than the equivalent announcement date for the2004/05 financial year, as a result of the substantial additional work needed tocomplete the acquisition balance sheet of Protec plc ("Protec") which will beconsolidated within Quadnetics' figures as at 30 November. The offer to acquire Protec was declared unconditional on 9 November 2005. Russ Singleton, Chief Executive of Quadnetics, commented: "We have been delighted to welcome the Protec businesses within Quadnetics overthe past month or so, and have been gratified by the enthusiasm andprofessionalism of the Protec employees who have joined us. We believe thatbenefits from the acquisition will be at least as great as originally envisaged,and are very pleased with progress so far on the integration plan."
