NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2010

Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT), the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry-bulk vessels, will announce its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2010 on Tuesday, 31 August, 2010, before the market opens in London.

On the same day, at 1:30pm (BST), 3:30pm (Athens), 8:30am (EDT), the Company's management will host a conference call to discuss the Results.
