The Board of Rensburg has appointed Rothschild as Financial Adviser tocomplement Fenchurch Advisory Partners in connection with evaluating theproposed merger with Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite Limited as well as any otherproposals which may emerge for the group, including any potential offer fromRathbone Brothers plc. Rothschild's principal role will involve providing anindependent fairness opinion to the Board of Rensburg on the financial terms ofany transaction being recommended to shareholders.
