Notice of Results and potential secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange

Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional and flexible workspace to the German market, is pleased to announce it will release its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2014 on Friday 14 November 2014. 

In addition, in light of the existing significant South African shareholder base which the Company enjoys, Sirius is pleased to announce that it is considering a secondary listing of the Company's shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") and confirms that it is in discussions with the JSE and some of its major South African shareholders regarding this potential opportunity. Sirius believes that a secondary listing would be attractive to its existing South African shareholders as well as attract additional shareholders to the Company and overall enhance the liquidity and tradeability of Sirius shares. The Board will update shareholders in due course on the potential listing.
