25 March, 2008 Daily Mail and General Trust plc (`DMGT') Notice of Results

The announcement of DMGT's results for the half year to 30th March, 2008 will be made on the morning of Thursday 22nd May, 2008.

As there has been no material change to the Group's trading or outlook since the first quarter interim management statement made on 6th February, DMGT will not be making a pre-close trading statement.
