INTERSERVE PLC - NOTICE OF RESULTS

Interserve, the international support services and construction group, announces that its results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 will be released on Wednesday, 6 August 2014.

There will be a presentation to analysts to discuss these results at 09.00 am on 6 August 2014 at Numis Securities, 5th Floor, the London Stock Exchange Building, 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7LT.

This presentation will also be available live via a webcast. Access on the day will be from the same location or, if you register in advance, you will receive an email reminder 30 minutes before the start.
