Notice of Results & Investor Presentation

Volex (AIM: VLX), the specialist integrated manufacturer of critical power and data transmission products, will announce its interim results for the 6 months ended 30 September 2025 on Wednesday 12 November 2025, as previously advised in the Group's recent trading update. Volex will host an analyst briefing and investor presentation following the publication of the interim results.

Analyst Briefing: 9.00 am GMT, Wednesday 12 November 2025

A live briefing for analysts will be held via conference call and in person at the Storey Club, 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2AT, at 9.00am GMT on Wednesday 12 November 2025. If you are an analyst and wish to join the briefing, please contact [email protected].

Investor Presentation: 1.00 pm GMT, Friday 14 November 2025

A live presentation will be held online at 1.00pm GMT on Friday 14 November 2025 on the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform.
