Notice of full year results
Cambridge, UK, 26 May 2016 - Abzena plc (AIM: ABZA, 'Abzena' or the 'Group'), a life sciences group providing services and technologies enabling the development and manufacture of biopharmaceutical products, will be publishing its full year results for the year to 31 March 2016 on Tuesday, 14 June 2016.
A presentation for analysts will be held at 11.30am on 14 June 2016 at the offices of Instinctif Partners (65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ).

§ Proprietary site-specific conjugation technologies for antibody drug conjugate development and solutions for optimizing the therapeutic properties of biopharmaceuticals.
§ Contract chemistry and bioconjugation business focused on ADCs and is establishing the capability to manufacture ADCs to GMP standards.
