Notice of Q4 and Full Year Results

OAO Severstal, one of the world's leading integrated steel and mining companies, with key assets in Russia, the US and Europe, will report financial results for the year ended 31 December 2009, on 9 March 2010 at 10.00 a.m. (Moscow).

A conference call for investors and sell side analysts hosted by Alexey Mordashov, Chief Executive Officer, and Alexei Kulichenko, Chief Financial Officer, will be held on the day at 5.30 p.m. (Moscow), 2.30 p.m. (London), 9.30 a.m. (US East Coast).
