Notice of Results 

 

Ramsdens Holdings PLC, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, had previously announced on 8 December its intention to publish audited financial results for the 18-month period from 1 April 2019 to 30 September 2020 (the 'Period') on Tuesday 15 December 2020. 

 

Due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of the Group's auditor, they are unable to complete their audit work prior to Tuesday. The Group will therefore release unaudited preliminary results for the Period on Tuesday in accordance with the previously announced timetable.

 

The Group will release its audited results for the Period as soon as the audit work is completed.

 

The date and time of the Group's 2021 Annual General Meeting remains unchanged.
