Notice of Results and Strategy Update

Card Factory plc ("Card Factory" or the "Group"), the UK's leading specialist retailer of greeting cards, dressings and gifts, expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 January 2020 on 2 June 2020.

There will a webcast of the results presentation for analysts and investors at 9.30am on 2 June. A copy of the webcast and accompanying presentation will be made available on the day via the Card Factory investor relations website: www.cardfactoryinvestors.com.

The Group intends to hold a virtual Strategy Update on the afternoon of 28 July 2020. This will be followed by an "in-person" Strategy Update later in the year dependent on the UK government's applicable guidance at the time in respect of the coronavirus outbreak. Further details will be provided in due course.
