Notice of results and strategy update

The AA plc (the AA), the UK's largest breakdown service, announces that prior to its year end on 31 January 2015, it is trading in line with market expectations.

The AA's preliminary results for the financial year ending 31 January 2015 will be announced at 7am on 30 March 2015. The AA will also update the markets on its strategy at this time.

Executive Chairman, Bob Mackenzie, and Chief Financial Officer, Martin Clarke, will present the results and the strategy on the morning of 30 March in central London beginning at 9am. Further details will be provided on the AA's website.

An investor presentation providing additional insight on the AA's operations and strategy will be held on the afternoon of 20 April 2015 in London.
