Notice of timing of publication of results and results of proposed placing
Raven Russia Limited ("Raven Russia"), today announces that it intends to publish its results for the year ended 31 December 2008 on 25 March 2009, from which time they will be available on the company website.
Raven Russia also announces that it has raised in total £76.2 million pursuant to the proposed placing (the "Placing") announced on 17 February 2009 (the "Announcement"), of which £55,000 is from Raven Russia directors as follows.

The Placing remains subject to certain matters more particularly detailed in the Announcement and the Company's AIM Admission Document dated 25 February 2009, including the passing of the Resolutions at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 24 March 2009. It is expected that the preference shares and warrants to be issued pursuant to the Placing will be admitted to trading on AIM on 25 March 2009.
