K3 (AIM: K3C), a multi-disciplinary and complementary group providing specialist advisory services to SMEs, will announce its final audited results for the year ended 31 May 2022 on Tuesday 27 September 2022.

John Rigby, Chief Executive Officer and Andy Melbourne, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the Group's full year results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 30 September 2022 at 11am.
