Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD), the technology licensor, developer and seller of market-leading cloud native video editing platform, Blackbird, and developer of the online collaborative video editing and content creation platform, elevate.io, will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 23 March 2026.

Ian McDonough, Executive Chair, and Stephen White, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, will give a live presentation relating to the final results via the Investor Meet Company platform on the 25 March 2026 at 11.00 a.m. GMT.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders of the Company. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. GMT the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
