Notice of Results and Capital Markets Day

Arrow Global Group Plc (the "Company" or the "Group"), one of Europe's leading purchasers and managers of debt, will announce its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2016 on Wednesday, 31 August 2016. An analyst presentation will be held at 09.30 on that day at Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ. There will be a conference call for investors at 14.00 (UK time). Dial-in details will be made available on the Company's website in due course.

Additionally, the Company will be hosting a Capital Markets Day for analysts and institutional investors on 11 October 2016 in London. The day will focus on giving an overview of the Group and its enlarged European operations. No new material trading or financial information will be provided.
