Notice of Results, Notice of AGM and Directorate Changes

Antisoma plc (the "Company") will announce its audited results for the year ended 30 June 2012 on 2 October 2012.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 25 October 2012 at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, Mitre House, 160 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4DD.

Mr Michael Pappas and Mr Dale Boden, both independent non-executive directors of the Company, have advised the Company of their intention not to seek re-election at the AGM and to retire from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") with effect from the conclusion of the AGM. The Board is commencing a search to identify at least one suitable candidate to replace Mr Pappas and Mr Boden and a further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Pappas and Mr Boden for their contributions to the Company, and in particular their assistance in transitioning the Company from its legacy biotechnology operations into an investment company on AIM.
