Elektron Technology plc, the global technology group, announces that the Company's final results for the year ended 31 January 2017 will be announced on 18 May 2017.

Also, the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 2:00pm on Thursday 6 July 2017 at Seminar rooms 2 & 3, Hauser Forum, Cambridge, CB3 0FA.
