NOTICE OF RESULTS

Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate services company, will release its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2015 on Wednesday 20 May 2015.

Results presentation

David Radcliffe, Chief Executive, and Philip Harrison, Group Finance Director, will host a presentation to analysts and institutional investors on 20 May 2015 at Tulchan Communications, 85 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1AE, starting at 0900h BST. Refreshments will be available from 0845h. Conference call and webcast facilities will also be available for those unable to attend in person.
