K3 Capital Group plc, a multi-disciplinary professional services firm providing advisory services to SMEs, will announce its final audited results for the year ended 31 May 2021 on 1 November 2021.

The Company completed a number of acquisitions during the reporting period including randd, Quantuma, Intax, Aspect Plus and Alchemy Cayman. Following discussion with the Group's auditor, BDO LLP, the results will be published on Monday, 1 November 2021. This will ensure sufficient time for completion of the financial reporting processes, including those relating to the accounting treatment for all acquisitions completed by the Group.

Following a review of the Company's accounting policies, the Board now expects the Group's revenue and adjusted EBITDA* for the year ended 31 May 2021 to be ahead of the numbers announced in the trading update on 15 June 2021 which stated revenue of c.£46m and adjusted EBITDA* of not less than £14.25m.

The Group has seen the positive momentum built throughout FY21 continue into the current financial year, with strong KPI performance and trading in line with market consensus. The Board expects the Group to deliver further organic growth this year, while continuing to progress its acquisition and integration strategy.

* adjusted EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, stated before acquisition related costs and share based payment charges.
