Park Plaza Hotels Limited, owner, operator and franchisor of hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa will report preliminary results for the twelve months to 31 December 2009 prior to the end of June 2010.

The Board reconfirms, as noted at the time of its January trading up date, that the Group will meet current market expectations for the full year 2009.
