Notice of results

IFG Group plc will make a preliminary announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2011 on Thursday 29 March 2012 at 07.00 GMT.

As per the 2011 interim results, the Group has converted to sterling-based reporting. For information purposes, the exchange rates used to convert the 2010 full year Income Statement and Balance Sheet are 0.8582 (average rate) and 0.8608 (closing rate) pence per euro respectively.

An analyst presentation, hosted by Mark Bourke (Group CEO) will be held at 09.30 GMT on 29 March 2012 at Macquarie offices, Ropemaker Place, 28 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9HD. Those analysts wishing to attend are asked to contact FTI Consulting, details below:
